If my account is banned or I want to quit the game, will I get a refund for the rest gems/gold in my game account?
As stated in the End User Agreement, all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. No matter your account is blocked or deleted at any time for any reason, you will not be entitled to get any refund for any used or unused gems/gold.
If you stop using your account, you will not be entitled to get any refund for any used or unused gems/gold because we have exchanged your payment into relevant gems/gold and charge them/it into your game account.
The purchase price and the amount I paid do not seem to match. Why?
Due to the international background of our players, different taxes and exchange rates will apply to each transaction. So the purchase price and the amount you paid sometimes don't seem to match. Hope you can understand us.
