How do I create a WebMMO Passport?
1. Click the Register button
2. Fill in the registration form(Compulsory and Optional Parts)
3. Agree to the Customer Service Agreement
4. Click Submit
How do I play a game?
1. Log in on our official website at www.webmmo.com
2. Click Games
3. Choose a game to play
4. Input your account name and the server where you would like to play
5. Create a character name in that game
6. Play game
How do I verify my email address?
When you finish the registration, the system will send a confirmation email to the email address you entered during registration. Log in on the official website. Then enter the mail-box you wrote in your registration information and open the new mail from Webmmo. Just click the link in that mail. E-mail Verification is just so easy!
Can I play games on the platform of Ray Flame without verifying my email address?
Yes. This is a big difference from the rules of other games. But we strongly recommend you to verify your email add., for there are many advantages for that.
What are the advantages of verifying my email-box?
You will get 500 Flame Points(FP) after you click the link in the mail we sent to you. Also, the system will directly upgrade you to a Silver Member!
I am not getting my verification mail. Why?
There might be several reasons for this problem:
1. The email address you have entered is not working(We suggest you enter a correct email address which is really working when registering your game passport).
2. The email address you have entered filters our email.
3. Your email-box is full.
4. The verification mail might be in the junk mail box in your email-box.
After checking the above steps, I still have not received a confirmation mail. What should I do?
There are so many players registering their game accounts a day, so the system use a group mail system to send a verification email to all. You might really do not receive the mail, but don't worry. Just contact us via mail with a mail subject of Email Verification-Your account name. We will send another one to you manually.
Can I change my registered email address?
Sure. You can change your registered email address by clicking manage account after logging in at any time.
Where can I change my password?
Click on the "Manage Account" button after you have logged in on our official website, and you will be able to change your password and other personal information such as your email address.
Can I change my game passport(login ID, or account name)?
No, you cannot change your game passport(login ID, or account name). So please try to enter your favorite account name when you register. Please keep your account name in mind.
I forgot my login ID/password. What should I do?
If you forgot your login ID, please contact us via mail and tell us your character name and the server name. We will check your login ID according to your in-game name for you; if you forgot your password, just click "Forgot password?" on the member part on top left corner on the official site, and enter your registered email address. The system will reset a password for you and send it to your registered email box soon. If you don't receive the system mail about resetting your game password, please contact us via mail and tell us your account name, character name, and the server you are on. We'll reset the password for you.
I cannot log in the game or the server lag is serious. What's wrong with that?
Try the following methods:
1. Press F5 for refresh
2. Log out and log back in the game
3. Clear all the caches and temporary files, etc.
4. Look through Ray Flame news or announcements to see if there is any ongoing maintenance for the game you are playing.
