Can I purchase Flame Points(FP) or Gems/Gold from someone else or resell my account?
It's not allowed for users to buy characters, accounts, in-game gems/gold, or FP from any other source other than Ray Flame. Selling or reselling characters, accounts, in-game gems/gold, or FP is also strongly prohibited.
in-game gems/gold and FP are not transferable. All purchases are final, in other words, they cannot be refunded of transferred to another account. But you can charge some gems/gold for your friend's game account in the charge page on the official website.
If I paid and let gems/gold sent to my char on the other server of a game by mistake, can you help us transfer the gems/gold to the one I wanted to send to?
Sure. Transferring gems/gold from the character on one server to the other nick on the other game server in one account is allowed but only limited to wrong operation on choosing the game server that your char belongs to when making purchase on our site. You can state clearly your matter including your account and server info. by mail, and we'll process it for you.
