I was hacked. Give me back all my things!
We are very sympathetic to users who have lost their hard earned items due to hackers or account theft. However, we cannot return lost items to you. We would like to but there is no way to verify if items were indeed lost or if we are the target of a scam. Therefore, we must adopt this policy for most cases. Please be very mindful to protect your game passport, your password, and try to play in safe gaming environments.
